Job summary

LRI Chroma Asia Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA/QC for incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products at our Santa Rosa facility. You will validate samples, ensure conformity, and address non-conformities to safeguard product quality.

You will participate in FSQMS audits, document processes, assist KPI reporting, and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP-SSOP, and Food Safety practices while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate incoming raw materials (sample vs. standard).
• Return raw materials to supplier if not conforming to standards.
• Validate production output before transfer using AQL.
• Qualify new suppliers.
• Document new production processes.
• Standardize new and old manual processes through TMS.
• Audit operations processes of Research and Development Department, Logistics Department, production Department.
• Validate outsourced job through sampling method.
• Co-lead in Food Safety Quality Management System (FSQMS) audit.
• Assist Quality Head in doing KPI support reports and in the facilitation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Check final FG before loading and sign in loading form.
• Reports any exceptions, deviations, abnormalities, or non-conformities identified within the area of responsibility to the Immediate Supervisor and concerned personnel.
• Adhere to Company rules and regulations including ISO, Safety, GMP-SSOP, Food Safety practices and standards and other Departmental procedures.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
