Job summary

Oleo-Fats Inc. (OFI) in Quezon City is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure food safety standards are met, and to oversee production hygiene and quality control throughout the facility.

The role involves initiating QA programs, maintaining equipment and records, performing GMP/HACCP inspections, and ensuring laboratory hygiene and maintenance are up to standard.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemist/Chemical Technician.
• Knowledgeable of quantitative and qualitative analysis method and techniques; standard laboratory equipment and its care and use.
• Fundamentals of sampling techniques, laboratory quality assurance and quality control practices.
• Basic statistical analysis calculation
• Set up, operate, and perform minor maintenance on a variety of laboratory equipment; perform and interpret the results, perform accurate calculations; analyze complex quality problems and arrive at reasonable conclusions

Responsibilities
