Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Licensed Chemical Technician to perform comprehensive testing and ensure product quality in a laboratory setting in Batangas City, Philippines. The role requires knowledge of GLP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards and proficiency with LIMS and MS Office.

• Licensed Chemical Technician required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology required.
• 1–2 years of QC or Laboratory experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong academics may be considered.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Record and analyze laboratory test results.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and reports.
• Assist in investigating non-conformances and out-of-specification results.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections of packaging materials, labels, and product integrity.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory and quality processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Laboratory environment
• Entry-level candidates with a strong academic background may be considered
• Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality standards
• Knowledge of GLP, GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and ISO requirements
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
