Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Licensed Chemical Technician with a strong background in food technology to join its QA laboratory team in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of materials and products, maintain accurate documentation, and support investigations into non-conformances while ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.

Formación

• Licensed Chemical Technician credential required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
• 1–2 years in Quality Control or Laboratory environment.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong academic background may be considered.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality standards.
• Familiar with GLP, GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office; LIMS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products
• Record and analyze laboratory test results
• Maintain laboratory documentation and reports
• Assist in investigating non-conformances and out-of-specification results
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Conduct inspections of packaging materials, labels, and product integrity
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist during internal and external audits
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory and quality processes
