Job summary

Ionics EMS Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Operations coordinator based in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role focuses on ensuring supply availability in line with demand and maintaining accuracy across order processing, including releasing, confirmations, and changes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and willingness to be stationed in Cabuyao. On-site parking, paid training, and transportation service are provided as part of the benefits.

• Ensures availability of supply as per demand (internal and external customers).
• Ensures compliance and accuracy of orders (releasing, confirmation, pull-in, push-out and cancellations of orders).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply availability in line with demand for internal and external customers.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders (releasing, confirmation, pull-in, push-out and cancellations).
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to maintain stock and order flow.
