Competenze

• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in food and restaurant industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with purchasing/inventory software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Position Title: Purchasing Staff – Commissary / Restaurant Operations

Department: Commissary / Supply Chain

Reports to: Purchasing Officer / Commissary Manager

Supervises: N/A

The Purchasing Staff is responsible for sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing raw materials, dry goods, and other supplies needed for commissary production and restaurant operations.

The role ensures that all purchases are cost-effective, timely, and meet quality standards.

• Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in food and restaurant industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with purchasing/inventory software.
