Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions in Taguig is seeking a supplier operations professional to manage onboarding, training, and ongoing supplier performance. The role serves as the primary contact for supplier enquiries and coordinates with internal teams to address fulfilment delays and inventory discrepancies.

You will drive process improvements, perform root cause analyses, and maintain records of supplier interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in supplier operations, supply chain, order management, logistics, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and resolving operational issues.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing operational performance of suppliers.
• Act as the primary contact for supplier enquiries and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve fulfilment delays, inventory discrepancies, and operational exceptions.
• Support improvements in supplier performance and reduce the Drop Ship PO-to-contact ratio.
• Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with Supply Chain Technology, Customer Care, Logistics, and other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and improve order fulfilment.
• Support inventory-feed accuracy and communicate solutions to customers when required.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, operational issues, and resolutions.
• Analyse operational data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide updates on supplier performance, recurring issues, and process improvements.
