The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

Procurement Management:

• Identify and source suppliers for goods and services based on company requirements.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Place purchase orders and monitor the fulfillment process.
• Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
• Address any issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, or discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to manage the supply chain efficiently.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and ensure the organization stays competitive in terms of cost and quality.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.

Contract Negotiations:

Documentation & Reporting:
