Job summary

Epiroc in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Purchase to Pay Analyst to join our Finance team. You will handle day-to-day payments, account reconciliations, and PO to invoice matching, while driving process improvements and digitization initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with 2 years in Accounts Payable, strong English communication, and familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office. We offer regional exposure and a supportive, diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2 years of AP experience.
• Experience with account reconciliation and Shared Services/Regional Center of Excellence.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities such as payments, account reconciliations, and invoice/PO matching.
• Coach and mentor team members to support learning and development.
• Support process improvements and tools in Accounts Payable.
• Drive digitization and automation to achieve greater efficiencies.
• Participate in regional Center of Excellence projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the region and Global organization.
• Ensure adherence to agreed procedures within the team.
