Job summary

Show Biz Town, Inc. is seeking a proactive Public Relations professional to develop strategies for artists and events, build media relationships, and coordinate publicity opportunities. The role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to deliver consistent messaging across departments.

You will manage press releases, media advisories, and campaigns while monitoring coverage and trends to identify exposure opportunities and maintain the company’s public image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR or related field preferred.
• Experience in PR, media relations, entertainment, events, artist management, or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of media, entertainment, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and publicity strategies for the company, artists, events, and projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with media outlets, journalists, editors, influencers, and other industry contacts.
• Coordinate media appearances, interviews, press conferences, guestings, and other publicity opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media advisories, publicity materials, and other PR communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Events, Artist Management, Creative, and Production to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, online mentions, public feedback, and industry trends involving the company and its artists.
• Identify opportunities for positive media exposure, partnerships, interviews, features, and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning and executing publicity campaigns for artist releases, events, performances, and company projects.
• Manage and maintain media and industry contact databases.
• Coordinate with media partners and ensure timely delivery of required materials, schedules, and information.
• Assist in crisis communication and reputation management when necessary.
• Prepare PR reports, media monitoring reports, and campaign performance summaries.
• Ensure that all public communications are accurate, professional, timely, and aligned with company standards.
• Perform other PR, publicity, and communication-related duties as assigned by management.
