Job summary

JuanHand is seeking an External Relations Officer in the Philippines to support government and regulator engagements, coordinate with agencies, and track commitments. Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders with discretion are essential.

You will drive strategic communications, ESG collaborations, and external recognition efforts while aligning internal teams on schedules, budgets, and documentation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders with discretion and good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining trackers, files, schedules, approvals, procurement/payment requirements, permits, regulatory correspondence, sponsorships, budgets, events, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support government and regulatory engagements with relevant stakeholders and prepare meeting documents.
• Maintain stakeholder maps and trackers; coordinate meetings, sponsorships, partnerships, and follow-through items.
• Draft stakeholder messages, press materials, media responses, captions, speeches, and event briefs; support public affairs initiatives.
• Support ESG programs and advocacy coordination including financial literacy initiatives and related documentation.
• Prepare award submissions, corporate profiles, ESG write-ups, and post-event reports.
• Maintain EA project trackers, budgets, schedules, and management updates; coordinate with internal departments.
