Job summary

Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is seeking a PT Business Manager (BAGUIO) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is a leadership seat to build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver consistent results month after month.

You will oversee trainer productivity, sales strategy, client retention, and compliance, leading a team of personal trainers, driving member engagement, and ensuring world-class service while achieving aggressive monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as fitness leader or Fitness Manager.
• Data-driven, organized and strong in execution.
• Confident coach and closer who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.

Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is hiring a PT Business Manager (PTBM) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.

You will be responsible for the full performance of the Personal Training business:

From trainer productivity and sales strategy to client retention and operational compliance. You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world-class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
• Sales Execution: Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets
• Client Retention: Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategies
• Operational Compliance: Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standards
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction

• An experienced fitness leader or Fitness Manager (2+ years)

Willing to work full-time, on-site in Cebu IT Park.
