Job summary

Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is seeking a PT Business Manager (BAGUIO) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is a leadership seat to build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver consistent results month after month.

You will oversee trainer productivity, sales strategy, client retention, and compliance, leading a team of personal trainers, driving member engagement, and ensuring world-class service while achieving aggressive monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as fitness leader or Fitness Manager.
• Data-driven, organized and strong in execution.
• Confident coach and closer who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure member satisfaction and personalized coaching.
• Maintain documentation, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction.
