Anytime Fitness - 202 Peaklane, Davao is seeking a PT Business Manager to own and lead our Personal Training business. This leadership role requires building a high-performing sales machine, mentoring talent, and delivering consistent results month after month.

You will oversee trainer productivity, sales strategy, client retention, and operational compliance while driving member engagement and ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• An experienced fitness leader or Fitness Manager (2+ years).
• Data-driven, organized, and strong in execution.
• A confident coach and closer who leads by example.
• Committed to service excellence and business growth.
• Willing to work full-time, on-site in Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
• Sales Execution: Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets
• Client Retention: Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategies
• Operational Compliance: Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standards
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction
