MicroSourcing is seeking a Provisioning Specialist for permanent work-from-home with a night shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). You will execute repeatable provisioning activities, support small deployments, coordinate equipment orders, and maintain thorough documentation.

• Support small-scope customer implementations using established processes, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment orders, shipment tracking, and vendor follow-up as needed.
• Maintain documentation, ticket updates, and status notes within internal systems.
• Monitor requests, maintain records, and ensure process compliance across workflows.

Your Role

• Support small-scope customer implementations using established processes, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment orders, shipment tracking, and vendor follow-up when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation, ticket updates, and status notes within internal systems.
• Monitor requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance across defined workflows.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Prior experience in VoIP, UCaaS, or telecommunications environments (including hardware).
• Understanding of service activation, provisioning, implementation coordination, or similar operational workflows.
• Experience supporting repeatable customer deployments and working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, or partners.
• Ability to work the required night shift schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday – Friday).
• Amenable to a Project-Based, Permanent Work-from-Home (PWFH) setup following PH Holidays.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• 1+ year of experience in customer implementation, service delivery, or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with ticketing, CRM, or service delivery platforms (such as Zendesk).
• Exposure to provisioning, porting, or similar service activation environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site or repeatable rollout projects.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
