Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist for Permanent Work-from-Home with night hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST). You will execute repeatable service delivery activities, support small customer deployments, coordinate equipment orders, and maintain documentation across systems to ensure timely activations and smooth deployments.

Ideal candidates have VoIP/UCaaS experience, knowledge of activation workflows, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work

• Prior experience in VoIP, UCaaS, or telecommunications environments (including hardware).
• Understanding of service activation, provisioning, implementation coordination, or similar operational workflows.
• Experience supporting repeatable customer deployments and working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, or partners.

Your Role

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will:

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Prior experience in VoIP, UCaaS, or telecommunications environments (including hardware).


• Understanding of service activation, provisioning, implementation coordination, or similar operational workflows.


• Experience supporting repeatable customer deployments and working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, or partners.


• Ability to work the required night shift schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday).


• Amenable to a Project-Based, Permanent Work-from-Home (PWFH) setup following PH Holidays.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• 1+ year of experience in customer implementation, service delivery, or telecommunications.


• Familiarity with ticketing, CRM, or service delivery platforms (such as Zendesk).


• Exposure to provisioning, porting, or similar service activation environments.


• Experience supporting multi-site or repeatable rollout projects.


• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
