Filinvest Land is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Metro Manila to promote properties, conduct site tours, and drive monthly sales targets. You will source clients, deliver outstanding service, and prepare the necessary paperwork.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a 2- or 4-year degree or at least 72 college units, and is social media savvy with reliable internet. Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from any 2- or 4-year course or earned at least 72 college units.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Real estate or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Social media savvy with access to a gadget and stable internet connection.

Responsabilités

• Promote FLI properties through manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies.
• Provide site tours for ocular visits.
• Prospect and source potential clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure the closing of sales.
• Prepare paperwork for clients and ensure collection of required documents.
• Develop and maintain a client database.
• Prepare and facilitate effective client presentations.
• Render overall customer service.
• Ensure delivery of monthly sales targets.
• Facilitate after-sales service.
• Guide buyers in purchasing property at the right price and best terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Remain knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets, and industry best practices.
