Job summary

RCBC is seeking personnel for Operations and Support roles focused on handling government-related transactions, title consolidation, and property tax duties. The role involves interfacing with government offices, securing tax assessments, and managing documentary requirements for acquired properties.

The candidate should be a graduate of a four-year degree, preferably business-related, with knowledge of real property tax processes and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably a business-related degree.
• Must have working knowledge of government processes for the payment of taxes, registration of documents and title consolidation.
• Experience in dealing with government offices for assessment and payment of real property tax, registration of documents and title consolidation.
• Computer literate (MS Office), organized, honesty and integrity, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Bank with government institutions in transactions related to foreclosures, auctions, and title consolidation.
• Administers payment of taxes (realty, capital gains, documentary stamps) and dues for acquired properties.
• Delivers and handles critical legal documents to RMD and ADD clients; conducts research on accounts to support remedial programs.
• Assists in remediations by facilitating document filing, registrations, and annotations in property records.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures.
