Job summary

Dominic and Sons Realty & Development Corporation seeks a permits and documentation specialist to handle permit requirements for newly acquired properties and liaise with government agencies such as LGUs, SEC, ROD, DENR and BIR. You will prepare reports, monitor filings, and provide admin support to management.

The role requires a college graduate with 1–2 years related experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license; driving may be required to conduct field works.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant experience preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience in real estate or property administration.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.
• Pro-active with deliverables and timelines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license required, able to drive 4 wheels (manual/automatic).
• Familiar with permits/licenses filing for real estate projects.
• Experience with ROD, BIR and City offices and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Process permit requirements for newly acquired properties.
• Liaise with representatives from various offices, corporate and government agencies.
• Monitor real property taxes.
• Conduct field works as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to monitoring and issues.
• Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
• Prepare request for payment (RFP) allowances of caretakers.
• Safeguard lease contracts, titles, tax declarations, maps and other legal documents.
