Responsibilities

Process, monitor, and secure permits from various government agencies for projects across multiple regions nationwide.
Prepare, submit, and track documentary requirements for permit applications and renewals, including compliance with pre- and post-permit conditions.
Gather, review, and consolidate compliance documents from branches, ensuring timely submission to regulatory agencies.
Maintain accurate records and monitoring reports for permits and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist during government inspections, site visits, and compliance audits.
Provide administrative and regulatory support to the team as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
