Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Property/Commercial Area Manager to supervise maintenance and tenancy-related activities across the commercial area. You will handle housekeeping, safety audits, utility monitoring, and coordination with stakeholders to uphold safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in line with company standards.

The role requires 2+ years in property or related settings, with a college degree preferred in HRM/management/engineering and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property, hotel, or retail settings.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• College degree in HRM/management/engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office and written/oral communication.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Commercial area management: housekeeping & sanitation of the property and common areas.
• Facility management: conduct physical and visual checks of building facilities.
• Safety and security: perform safety audits and act as Safety Officer.
• Coordinate with LGU for events and reports for third-party contractors.
• Monitor utilities consumption for tenants and report findings.
• Agency supervision: review agency work schedules and ensure quality.
• Manage the property’s social media presence for updates.
