Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and sanitation across the property and non-leasable areas.
• Conduct facility management and safety audits.
• Coordinate with LGU for events and third-party contractors.
• Monitor utilities consumption for tenants.
• Supervise agency personnel and ensure quality work.
• Manage tenant relations for commercial area including pre-opening and accounts.
• Handle social media page for the property.
