Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) in Makati seeks a registered electrical or mechanical engineer to oversee maintenance operations for commercial facilities. You will inspect equipment, manage budgets for repairs, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

The role involves supporting the General Manager and Engineering Manager in technical matters and performing other tasks related to building operations; willingness to work in a commercial facility is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered/licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Preferably 2 years' experience in Property/Real Estate/Commercial Facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and common areas with contractual supervisors to ensure proper operation.
• Prepares the budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements.
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building.
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work.
• Willing to work in a commercial facility.
