Responsibilities

• Coordinate with real estate brokers and agents to lease out vacant units efficiently
• Monitor rental market conditions and recommend leasing strategies
• Handle tenant inquiries, move-ins, move-outs, and renewal coordination
• Supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, building administration, and service providers
• Ensure all properties are maintained in excellent condition and ready for occupancy
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance issues
• Manage inventories, furnishing, appliances, and unit turnover preparation
• Track maintenance expenses, quotations, and repair schedules
• Coordinate utility payments, cleaning services, internet installation, and other operational matters
• Prepare regular property status updates and reports for management
