Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Manage unit owner relations and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Supervise property staff, contractors, and service providers for quality performance.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, collections, and financial reports; prepare annual budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan and execute property improvement projects and lead emergency response actions.
