Job summary

Kings Properties in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our managed properties, ensure they are well-maintained, and coordinate maintenance activities with a team of staff and contractors.

The role emphasizes timely inspections, safety compliance, budgeting, and clear communication with owners, tenants, and vendors to sustain high standards of property performance.

Qualifications

• Adequate knowledge of property management principles, including facility maintenance, tenant relations, housekeeping and budgeting.
• Can lead and manage property management teams, including maintenance staff and administrative personnel.
• Strong communication skills in interacting with property owners, tenants, contractors, and internal customers.
• Proficient knowledge in property maintenance and repair processes.
• Can time manage, prioritizing tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of property management and ensuring that the properties under supervision are well-maintained.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all units and common areas are well maintained and comply with safety and quality standards.
