Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general upkeep of facility equipment and property structures at our Cebu/Minglanilla location. You will repair and ensure electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems operate reliably.

The role requires a technical/vocational diploma, NCII certification, and hands-on maintenance experience. You should be willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch and work with our team to support operations and product installations.

Qualifications

• At least college graduate of Technical/Vocational Course.
• NCII certification in the relevant discipline is required.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance and product repairs.
• Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
• Ensure electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems operate at optimum levels.
• Site surveys, supervision, installation, and check/repair of Wilcon's in-house and exclusive products.
