Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, tenant relations, rent collection, and property maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Ability to travel nationwide as required.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available properties for lease and conduct tenant screenings.
• Prepare and monitor lease agreements and renewals; ensure occupancy targets.
• Monitor rent collection and maintain tenant billing records.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
• Oversee nationwide property operations and site inspections.
• Prepare regular occupancy and financial reports for management.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
