Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Property Engineer to oversee the operations, leasing, facilities management, and administration of commercial properties. You will coordinate maintenance, tenant relations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role combines hands-on duties with strategic oversight, leading service providers, coordinating with tenants, and driving improvements to optimize property performance and investment value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PE license preferred.
• 3–5 years in commercial property management or facilities operations.
• Experience with budget monitoring, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and local codes.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and BOQ validation.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of properties and grounds.
• Monitor Shared Services performance and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Collaborate with vendors on improvements and ensure compliance.
• Review reports and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and activities.
• Support emergency preparedness and drill coordination.
• Coordinate with tenants to address concerns and conduct tours.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer lease contracts.
• Advertise vacancies and explain property benefits.
• Enforce occupancy rules and resolve disputes.
• Oversee rent collection and validate property payments.
• Analyze property expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and assist in setting rental rates.
