Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Supply Technician in the Philippines to manage Property Book and inventory control at APS/JTDC sites. You will use GCSS-Army and LIS systems, verify stock, and support supply operations for military projects.

You will handle receipts, issues, and periodic inventories, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer service under demanding conditions. A valid CAC background and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• GCSS-Army Property Book certification preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain successful NACI background for CAC.
• Ability to acquire U.S. Passport within 30 days of hiring.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• A valid Driver’s License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily inventory and property book functions using GCSS-Army to maintain records of materials, equipment, and repair parts.
• Examines stock/equipment to verify quantities and conformance to specifications.
• Compiles data for reports requested by PBO.
• Provides CDRL data for inventory, receipts, issues, and other support requirements.
• Issues supplies and equipment to requesting units and conducts periodic inventories.
• Labels articles using identifying codes and marks.
• Maintains records using GCSS-Army and LIS; classifies by material, equipment, or product.
• Receives, stores, and sorts unserviceable items for disposal.
• Maintains professional conduct and customer service under stress.
• Keeps positive relations with V2X personnel and customers.
• Reports violations to Site manager and leadership.
• Ensures timesheets are accurate and adheres to SOPs/WIs.
• Participates in required training and may perform other duties as assigned.
