V2X Inc in the Philippines seeks an experienced Planning and Control professional to manage maintenance readiness, scheduling, and priority for government-supported programs. You will serve as the central customer service point and coordinate with maintenance shops for timely CM work orders.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in maintenance or production control, experience with MAXIMO and GCSS-Army, and strong English communication. CAC eligibility or ability to obtain CAC, plus U.S.

Qualificações

• CAC eligibility required or able to obtain a CAC.
• U.S. Citizen status required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain U.S. Government MV Operator’s License.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate technical information in English.
• Experience reviewing data across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as centralized customer service focal point.
• Processes work requests, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, writes CM work orders.
• Classifies work using current Government system.
• Processes work requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Creates and submits reports from CMMS (MAXIMO and/or GFEBS).
• Interacts with internal and external customers.
• Creates and distributes Preventive Maintenance work orders.
• Coordinates with LMD to verify information.
• Cross-references parts data with OEM numbers to GCSS Army and Maximo catalog.
