Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Stock Clerk in the Philippines to support SSA/JTDC operations.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate government property records, processing stock transactions, and coordinating with SSA personnel to ensure documentation, accountability, and proper receipt, inspection, and processing of supplies and materials. The candidate will perform warehouse duties, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Army regulations and V2X policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Philippine citizenship.
• Host nation Driver’s License preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in US military retail supply or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and stock procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against PO, bills of lading, and receiving documents.
• Assist with Post Goods Receipt (PGR) and update inventory records as needed.
• Help compile data for reports on stock usage, inventory counts, and stock records.
• Store materials in designated locations using proper safety and accountability procedures.
• Fill orders or assist with issuing supplies from stock.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or industrial trucks.
• Maintain accurate stock records and supporting documentation.
• Conduct cyclic and monthly inventory counts; assist with annual inventories as required.
