Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; provide copy.
• Philippine citizenship is required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against orders and docs.
• Assist with Post Goods Receipt (PGR) and update inventory records.
• Maintain stock records and prepare reports on inventory activity.
• Store materials and issue supplies from stock.
• Prepare items for movement using labeling and handling equipment.
• Conduct inventory counts and identify discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Army regulations and company policies.
