Job summary

San Diego Mactan Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to oversee tenants' renovations and ensure all design and construction work meet Management criteria.

The role requires hands-on involvement with AutoCAD and close coordination with tenants and vendors. You will monitor requests, evaluate maintenance options, and implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while preparing plans, estimates, and scopes of work for various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and building maintenance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenants' renovation projects and ensure compliance with management criteria.
• Use AutoCAD to prepare and review design plans.
• Track work requests and communicate status of tasks.
• Implement energy-saving measures and monitor utilities.
• Prepare plans, estimates, and scope of work for projects.
• Assist in other duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle tenants' renovation. Inspect and monitor tenants' area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the Management.
• Handling AUTOCAD.
• Tracks and communicates work request status and completion.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
• Prepares/reviews plans, estimates, scope of work for various projects.
• Implements energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
• Prepare other work as required.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Building Maintenance.
• At least 5 (s) of working experience in Property Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with office management skills
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
