Job summary

MCGPI is seeking a qualified maintenance and asset management professional to oversee building systems and ensure optimal operational performance. The role focuses on implementing regular maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, while tracking and managing all physical assets.

The candidate will address engineering concerns, coordinate with property operations, and utilize asset management tools.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience.
• BS Mechanical or Electrical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee regular maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Track and manage all physical assets using asset management systems.
• Address engineering and technical concerns related to property operations, including troubleshooting and repairs.
