Job summary

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC) invites applications for Facilities Officers to oversee technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment.

The role focuses on establishing maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment remains operational, inspecting façades and structures, addressing unit concerns, and delivering services within SLA while safeguarding safety and security on site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related courses.
• With at least 1 year work experience as Facilities Engineer or equivalent in real estate with maintenance and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of operating and maintaining property equipment such as elevators, generator sets, sewage treatment plants, pumps, etc.
• Willing to work in Manila, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Quezon City, Las Piñas, Parañaque.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment.
• Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure all facilities are operational and well-kept.
• Ensure upkeep of aesthetics and functionality by inspecting façade and structure.
• Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations to resolve issues.
• Recommend programs and protocols to improve equipment functionality on site.
• Ensure the property is safe from hazards and is secured at all times.
• Participate in community development programs with the Property Manager.
• Deliver technical services within SLA with quality to achieve excellent customer experience.

Job description

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for Facilities Officers. The successful candidates will be hired directly by DPMC.

JOB ROLES

• Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment

• Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully-operational and are well-kept

• Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of the property and its amenities and facilities by regularly inspecting the façade and structure

• Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations in resolving unit issues

• Recommend programs, strategies, and protocols that will improve the functionality and maintenance of the equipment on site

• Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times

• Participate in establishing a healthy community relationship by assisting the Property Manager in the conduct of community development programs

• Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the technical services of the property management office are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related courses

• With at least 1 year work experience as Facilities Engineer or other equivalent positions from a real estate property that includes maintenance of equipment and customer service

• Must have in depth knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining property equipment such as elevators, generator sets, sewage treatment plants, pumps, etc.
