Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to oversee audits and maintenance of buildings and warehouses, including critical systems such as elevators, cooling towers, and central HVAC. The role involves leading CAPEX projects, CCTV upgrades, energy audits, and implementing fit-out guidelines with tenants.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, a PRC license, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Onsite work at MOA Complex, Pasay City is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• PRC License is required.
• Candidate must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Audit proper maintenance of the Building/Warehouse and its facilities, including elevator systems, cooling tower, and central air conditioning.
• Initiate and execute CAPEX and miscellaneous projects such as waterproofing, facade cleaning, building modification, CCTV upgrades.
• Conduct energy audits, recommend Enercon programs, and ensure efficient equipment operation.
• Implement fit-out guidelines and align tenant expectations during construction of leased spaces.
• Apply technical building standards approved by management.
• Perform other duties as required to meet work deliverables.

Job description

• Audit proper maintenance of the Building/Warehouse and its facilities, such as but not limited to the Elevator System, Cooling Tower and Centralized Air Conditioning System, Security and FDAS, CCTV, Electrical and backup Generators, Water Supply System, STP, and other systems connected to the Building/Warehouse.
• Initiate and execute projects(CAPEX and miscellaneous) such as waterproofing, façade cleaning, building modification, Enercon programs, CCTV upgrade and audits, etc.
• Conduct energy audits, recommend possible Enercon programs, execute projects, and sustain efficient equipment operation.
• Implement fit-out guidelines and align tenant expectations during construction of their leased spaces.
• Implement technical building standards approved by management.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as required by the Principals to accomplish work-related deliverables.
• And any other tasks that may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• PRC License is a must.
• MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD proficient; good organizational skills
• Candidate must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
