Job summary

You will ensure reliable services for tenants and stakeholders while upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate holds REE or RME registration, has 1–2 years in property management, and possesses strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• 1–2 years of relevant Property Management experience.
• Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
