Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or any business-related course.
• 3–4 years of work experience preferably in Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
• Prepare feasibility studies on properties to be developed into residential projects.
• Manage the property and raw land offers database.
