Job summary

Lendi Group is a diversified real estate finance platform operating in Australia and the Philippines. We connect homeowners with top real estate agents through our Seller Assist concierge service, offering three vetted agents based on performance, listings, and reviews.

As part of our Manila-based team, you will research and recommend agents, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate reports while collaborating with the agent research department to ensure a seamless homeowner experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience in administrative reporting, invoicing, payables, and payments.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, advanced functions).
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Solid research and analytical capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Must reside in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + nearby provinces).

Responsibilities

• Research and identify up to 3 suitable real estate agents per homeowner brief.
• Apply agent criteria: past performance, vendor reviews, days on market, median values, current listings.
• Substantiate recommendations with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate multiple client files with precision.
• Daily communication with Customer Service Managers to ensure smooth experiences.
• Collaborate within the agent research and recommendations team.
• Track and report Seller Assist properties from listing to settlement.
• Invoicing and tracking payments for real estate leads.
• Create performance reports for Seller Assist transactions.
• Update/create agent accounts in internal systems.
