Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end ejectment activities, including notices and case progress.
Facilitate title consolidation and tax declaration transfers with complete docs.
Coordinate with government agencies for RPT, CGT, and DST processing and payments.
Support foreclosure activities, including court filings and auction participation.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely ROPA transactions.
