Job summary

Metrobank is seeking an Assets Resolution & Registration Officer to handle consolidation, registration, and transfer of foreclosed, acquired, and bank‑owned properties. The role includes regularizing documentary infirmities and serving as a liaison with government agencies and LGUs.

You will coordinate inspections, verify tax obligations, and prepare related documents to support registration and title issuance across the ROPAs and assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in bank operations or property administration.
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates registration and transfer of foreclosed, acquired, and bank‑owned properties.
• Regularizes documentary infirmities and deficiencies of ROPAs and assets.
• Acts as paralegal and liaison officer to government agencies and LGUs.
• Coordinate and conduct ocular inspections with local government units and ensure proper tax compliance.
