Job summary

Axeia Development Corp. is seeking a Property & Building Management support role in Metro Manila. You will respond to homeowners, handle information requests, and assist with daily property operations to ensure smooth site functioning.

The position requires a degree in Property & Building Management or related fields, at least 1 year in HOA/real estate operations, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Degree in property/building management, civil engineering, business studies or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a subdivision with HOA and real estate operations.
• Keen to details, dependable with high ethics and customer service.
• Dynamic personality able to work with all levels in the organization.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in projects located in Batangas areas.
