Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corporation is seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of company premises in Davao and Bacolod.

The role ensures proper waste management, stock control, and scheduling of drivers and vehicle upkeep, while ensuring rental agreements are complied with. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of company premises
• In-charge of maintenance in company facilities
• Ensures proper waste management disposal
• Supervise issuance of stocks and ensures proper accounting of stocks/ materials
• Managing maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are maintained and good condition
• Supervise of scheduling of company drivers
• Overseeing maintenance of all company cars
• Ensuring compliance with rental agreements of rental properties
• Other task that may be assigned from to time to time
