Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) Accountant to manage fixed assets across multiple entities from its Pasay onsite hub during night shifts. You will maintain asset ledgers, depreciation, CIP reviews, and asset retirements, ensuring proper capitalization and inventory controls.

The role requires 4–6 years in accounting with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics). Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years in general accounting or fixed asset accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP for fixed assets
• Hands-on ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics
• Proven ability to manage month-end close timetables and reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset ledger across multiple entities
• Record new additions and asset tagging; track physical and intangible assets
• Calculate monthly depreciation and reconcile subledgers to GL
• Review CIP, capitalization, and asset expenditures
• Support audits, month-end/year-end close, and insurance reporting
