GD Prime Property Management Corp is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our Alabang, Muntinlupa team. You will manage financial processes for our properties, including ledgers, budgets, AP/AR, tenant billings, and tax returns.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years in property management accounting. Proficiency with IPAS, PROMIS, and QuickBooks is preferred, with strong communication and deadline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management accounting.
• Experience with property management software, such as IPAS, PROMIS, QuickBooks preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers, prepare and analyze financial statements, and reconciliations for properties.
• Manage property budgets and forecasts.
