Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Property Accountant to support North American multifamily assets. You will manage full-cycle general ledger, month-end reporting, bank reconciliations, A/P, A/R, and resident ledgers across a portfolio of properties.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in real estate accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and hands-on experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or AppFolio, plus advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of accounting experience in real estate or property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers for multifamily properties and perform bank reconciliations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven **Property Accountant** to support property management teams across North American conventional multifamily residential assets.
