TOA Global Pty is hiring a Property Accountant in the Philippines to manage U.S. construction project accounting, WIP, billings, and compliance across multiple delivery hubs.

The role emphasizes accurate job costing, lien waivers, COIs, and closeout activities, working with PMs and field leadership. The position requires a minimum of 3 years in project accounting, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Foundation/ProjectHQ/ExecutiveHQ experience, with night-shift alignment to U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project or job cost accounting in commercial construction or related trades.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Foundation or similar construction accounting systems plus ProjectHQ/ExecutiveHQ; strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots).
• Clear English communication with Project Managers and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set up new jobs in accounting systems with executed contracts, budgets, cost codes and billing terms.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly WIP schedules and analyze % complete with PMs.
• Administer progress billings (AIA, T&M, unit price) with compliance docs (lien waivers, COIs).
• Track accounts receivable, review subcontractor billings for correct job coding.
• Support month-end close and project closeout with reconciliations.

We are seeking a detail-driven, project-focused **Property Accountant**with specialized experience in U.S. commercial construction and job cost accounting.
