Job summary

Focus Global Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales and Design Specialist for Kitchen, Bath, and Wellness brands.

You will build client relationships, present luxury solutions, and manage projects from presentation to delivery. Collaborate with developers, architects, and designers to align proposals with SOPs, review contract terms, and coordinate with service teams to ensure on-time installation and happy customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience in sales preferred but not required
Strong negotiation, customer service, and written/oral communication
Excellent time management for multitasking across projects

Responsibilities

Act as the face of Focus Global with developers and clients; follow SOPs and business directions
Saturate/generate leads from developers, architectural and design firms, contractors
Schedule product presentations, showroom tours, and private events for developers and designers
Present sales proposals to developers, clients, partner architects, and designers; review contracts for alignment with SOPs
Provide sales and after-sales service with accurate quotations, drawings, orders, and collaboration with the Service team
Attend site meetings and ensure delivery and installation are complete
Develop client relationships to maintain loyalty and communicate company policies clearly and timely
Predict potential sales by analysing market and trends
Participate in marketing activities to support brand growth
