Job summary

You will prepare accreditation and bid documents, track timelines, and help resolve issues to prevent delays. The role also covers Competency Management Platform support, data analysis, user inquiries, and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in IT-related or business course.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and common business tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Background in Business Analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales in managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare accreditation requirements and bid documentation; monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with all involved parties on behalf of the Project Leader; take notes and prepare minutes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Competency Management Platform; handle inquiries.
• Handle daily administrative duties and prepare key reports such as the Project Plan Progress Monitoring Report.
